Originally we signed up for a storage unit with a gentleman who resided in Strathmore and managed the lot. We felt very secure with having a Manager on site during business hours and available for emergencies after hours.
After a few months our fees increased and we were told there was no longer a manager on site. To add insult to injury, we were also being charged a "Management Fee". In December we went to check on our storage unit and found the Main Gate to the lockers was wide open. We phoned the "Emergency" number. No one answered the phone and we had to leave a message. We never received a call back or any assurance that the problem had been fixed. Three days later, we went back to our unit and the Main Gate was still wide open. We phoned the "Emergency" number again and had to leave another message. This is totally unacceptable! We were going to keep our unit for 2 more years however, we felt this was no longer a secure place. We cancelled our unit as soon as we could make other arrangements for storage. At that time we were offered a discounted contract to remain at this facility. Why would we want to keep anything at this facility (even if it was free) when it is unsecure?? Needless to say, we declined and have moved our belongings to another facility.
I would never recommend this facility!

Initial enquiry on line . followed up with 2 phone calls unit was arranged. The Staff Sydney and Shiffon were knowledgeable and quick to help. Efficient and Time used well. Site was clean even though it snowed.

It is a nice place but the prices keep going up. I rented their smallest locker which at the time was supposed to be $89 a month. Not even a year later and im now paying $167 a month. The first time it went up they said it was to improve security but i have been to my locker multiple times and the security gate has been open with no one around and i even got locked inside the compound with another couple and we had to wait for another customer to come and open up the gate.
