I found the call takers really helpful when I first moved in and after discussing payment methods they provided me with the information I needed to deposit funds that worked for me. Thanks to the very patient Strathmore staff who helped me when I called in and went out of their way to send an invoice each month a week before payment was due.

Storage facility is quite accessible to the public easy access entry and exit the units are clean and dry. The management was able to work with me in a couple things that I was much appreciated for I do recommend you need something to store this place.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Its a great and secure place to store your belongings. I was pleasantly surprised by how everything is digital and accessible with a code. Joe is friendly, efficient and easily reachable if you need a unit quickly. A special shout out to you Joe for making the entire process so seamless! I highly recommend this facility!
